Film Flash Trash - Salamavalo_Roska

• Inspired by the work of @SheIsTheFight (IG) & @PrettyPuke (IG) - trashy glam alt street on 35mm film w direct flash. Be sure to check out their work.

• I’ve been going back and forth between also doing 35mm film or doing it on Instax Wide instant film (previous instant photos shown for reference).

• Still working on developing the tech/kit. Compact “point & shoot” 35mm cameras? Full SLR w/off-camera flash? or constant light? - same questions with instant film.

• Color film

• Residential Studio in Plymouth, WI

• Significant overhead - film/developing/scanning. Also longer turnaround time on images (if 35mm film).

• Need to figure out how to find & engage models who are willing to shoot in this style. (Message me if interested)

• TFP, though accommodations could be made for people incurring significant personal expense.

• Travel to your area is also an option!

• Some immediate need for test shots with one or two 35mm cameras - reach out if you’re able/willing.

• Final product/goal - Social media (where appropriate) - maybe a zine or small book?

• Strictly 18+ - 21+ Preferred. Model releases required. (again, see links in first bullet for reference)
